The 1st Canadian Parachute Battalion Preservation Association C Company is a living history group based in Ontario, Canada.  This Association was formed in late 1998 by a group of like-minded individuals whom are dedicated to honouring the memory of the Men of the Original Battalion and preserve a piece of valuable Canadian history that may otherwise be obscured by the passage of time.

The Canadian Airborne Forces Association (CAFA) / Association des Forces Aéroportées du Canada (AFAC) is the umbrella organization for all airborne associations within the Canadian Airborne Brotherhood.
CAFA welcomes all qualified Canadian military parachutists, as well as military jumpers from our Allied countries. Friends of the Airborne, non-jump qualified, may apply for Associate membership, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Conventional military minds spurn the distinct, special or unique. In fact, military practise and tradition enshrines the notion of uniformity. Resistance to the concept of an elite is malevolent not only in the military but also in general society at large. Canadians, at least in theory, wish to view their society as egalitarian and equitable.
